Nintendo DS help?

I am trying to acsess WI-FI on my DS. I have A Linksys WRT300N-V1. I have a network key

WPA and DS wi-fi is only compatible with WEP. How can I change my WPA password to a WEP password?

WPA=encryption

type 192.168.1.1 into your adress bar. this takes you to your router setup page. click tab that says wireless security or something like that and turn off your wpa. then turn on wep and put in a number for it (must be 26 characters, numbers or letters). then enter this nember into your ds. it should work. if you have metroid prime my friend code is 5412 6661 2613
