How do i change from wep to wpa encryption.?

i have a bt home hub.



i get to the screen to eneter the desired the wpa key, but i dont know how long the wpa key is meant to be or what the wpa radius ip should be.



please help, as i dont want the sh*t wep ';protecting'; my network.How do i change from wep to wpa encryption.?
Your Right, WEP does not work good. OPEN your router settings and on the wireless settings, remove the wep protection, and switch on wpa and type a pass.
