How come everytime I hit changed advanced settings or order of preferred networks my taskbar crashes?

I don't know what's going on. When I try to change a network setting the whole system dysfunctions. I can not use the start menu or the window key. I can not use the taskbar to click through windows (I have to Alt + tab). I can not click the quick launch buttons, can not click any of the taskbar icons next to the clock, and I can't do anything having to do with the area of that taskbar. So, my dock by my taskbar doesn't work either. HELP!!?!How come everytime I hit changed advanced settings or order of preferred networks my taskbar crashes?
purchase COMODO registry cleaner and run it a couple of times with your search engine off. That should help return function. How come everytime I hit changed advanced settings or order of preferred networks my taskbar crashes?
This sounds like a simple solution...as simple as it may sound..do a system restore and go back 30 days or more before you had these problems .... it will restore your computer to the settings you had on there..sounds like you goofed on a setting and then tried to fix it but made matters worse...
